Fees & Charges

Our fees vary depending on the nature, complexity and urgency of the assessment, the materials requiring review, and the psychologist engaged to undertake the work.

We regularly accept referrals from Legal Aid NSW, the Aboriginal Legal Service, the Office of the Director of Public Prosecutions and other government agencies at the applicable scheduled rates.

For private referrals, fees are discussed and agreed prior to commencement of any assessment. A written fee proposal outlining the scope of work and associated costs will be provided for acceptance before work proceeds.

Additional fees may apply where extensive documentation requires review, travel is required, or court attendance and expert evidence are requested.

We are committed to transparency in our fee structure and welcome enquiries regarding the likely costs associated with a particular matter.
